Jobtailor is seeking a regional operations leader for Île-de-France, overseeing multiple sites with travel between offices. You will coach a ~10-person team on-site, drive client retention and growth, and work closely with the KAM to strengthen major accounts.

Responsibilities include delivering in a high-volume staffing environment (~450 FTEs), optimizing processes, and guiding the team through KPI-driven decision making with clear communication and urgency.

Qualifications

• Proven multisite and/or remote management experience.
• Experience in temporary staffing / high-volume operations is a plus.
• Excellent listening, feedback, coaching and growth facilitation skills.
• KPI-driven management with prioritization and decision-making ability.
• Strong commercial aptitude with business development and client retention.
• Comfort with processes/tools and handling operational complexity.
• Good responsiveness, urgency, pragmatism and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license (Category B) required.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations for the Île-de-France region across multiple sites with regular travel.
• Coach a team of around ten employees with on-site presence and performance support.
• Communicate strategy clearly to operational teams and foster collaboration.
• Develop and retain a direct client portfolio with retention and growth.
• Collaborate with the KAM to address major accounts and strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee delivery and recruitment for high-volume staffing (~450 FTEs) and optimize conversions.
• Ensure processes and tools are used correctly within a structured environment.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze results and implement fast operational actions.
