Jobtailor is seeking a Product Operations professional to own the end-to-end demand intake and operations across Product Ownership. You will organise demand, set intake standards, and ensure work is backlog-ready with traceable progress.

You will drive accountability across Product Owners and stakeholders, embedding scalable intake and reporting. Collaboration with IT and the Center of Excellence will translate needs into system requirements for a fully enabled operating model.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience in Product Operations, PMO, or delivery governance roles within complex, matrixed environments.
• Proven record of designing, owning, and improving intake, backlog, and operational processes.
• Comfort working in environments with evolving tooling and unclear structures.
• Strong knowledge of workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.

• Own the end-to-end demand intake and product operations approach across Product Ownership.
• Organise existing demand, define intake standards, and ensure backlog readiness.
• Maintain one trusted view of all demand and in-flight work with clear traceability and progress.
• Drive accountability across Product Owners and stakeholders for data accuracy.
• Embed scalable intake, tracking and reporting processes as tooling evolves.
• Partner with IT and the Product Model Centre of Excellence to translate needs into system requirements and drive a system-enabled operating model.
• Highlight demand levels, backlog health and delivery performance through clear reporting.
