TransPerfect in France seeks a Director of Business Development to drive new business across its Corporate vertical. This pure hunter role focuses on identifying, prospecting, and closing net new accounts using TransPerfect's full range of language, technology, and creative solutions.

You will target mid-to-large corporate clients across multiple industries, build tailored proposals, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with Solutions, Operations, and The Mill teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development.
• Experience selling multi-service solutions to corporate clients (creative services, digital production, SaaS/tech, or professional services).
• Proven ability to close six-figure deals and manage long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Exposure to or genuine interest in creative industries (luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle) is a differentiator.
• Experience navigating large organisations—budget holders, procurement processes, and internal champions.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a pipeline of net new business across the French and European corporate market.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers — CMOs, Heads of Communication, Procurement Directors, Creative Directors, Heads of Production.
• Develop tailored pitches and proposals that draw on TransPerfect's full service portfolio, including creative capabilities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including RFP/RFI responses, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions, Operations, The Mill creative teams) to design client-specific solutions.
• Represent TransPerfect at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
• Contribute to market intelligence — identify trends, competitor movements, and client needs.
• Report pipeline, forecast, and activity accurately.
