Broadpeak designs video delivery software for Content Providers and Network Service Providers deploying OTT and mobile services. We support customers worldwide, with a head office in France and branches globally.

We seek our next EMEA technical support engineer to join a diverse, flexible video environment and contribute to a growing global support function. The role includes technical support, customer care, continuous improvement, and collaboration with R&D and partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma in computer networking, ICT or a technical field.
• International customer-facing experience in software.
• Linux and hardware debugging skills.
• Full professional English proficiency.
• IP networks administration.
• Nginx, OpenSearch, Prometheus and HA technology knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot QoE in TV streaming delivery networks for EMEA.
• Manage support requests via ticketing system with SLAs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Systems Engineers and third parties to resolve issues.
• Proactively develop workaround based on customer impact.
• Assist with on-site installations, commissioning and training as requested.
