Welcome to the Jungle is seeking a Talent Development Manager based in Paris to shape how we grow our people globally, partnering with the VP People, People Partners and leaders. You’ll move between strategy and delivery, shaping frameworks, leading programmes and guiding managers through conversations while using data to improve practices.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, performance management or manager enablement, in an international organisation.
• Experience designing programs and processes, and delivering them in practice.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
• A pragmatic, data-informed approach to improving People programs.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools or practices to talent, learning or performance processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead Global Talent Programme, including talent reviews and development plans.
• Own our performance management approach from design to ongoing improvement.
• Support succession planning and internal mobility pipelines.
• Strengthen career development and internal mobility across the organisation.
• Define annual learning priorities and lead the global Managers Community.
• Design and deliver manager development programmes on feedback, coaching and change leadership.
• Create and continuously improve practical resources and templates.
• Partner with People Ops and external providers to deliver learning experiences.
• Identify AI capabilities needed and translate into learning priorities.
• Define success measures and monitor adoption, impact and engagement.
