Back Market, based in Paris or Bordeaux, France, is seeking a Head of Talent Development to own the end-to-end Talent Development practice. You will connect performance, careers, skills, learning, and succession into one system that managers actually use and Backmakers actually trust.

You’ll shape the People function with dedicated expertise hubs, one shared language for hiring, assessing, developing, and promoting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent management or learning.
• Hands-on Workday Talent/Learning deployment experience.
• Budget ownership for learning solutions and vendors.
• Experience building and growing a team of professionals.
• Ability to lead with influence across partners and leaders.
• Excellent English communication; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the redesigned Talent Development end-to-end.
• Land the redesigned People Cycle with retroplans and training waves.
• Build the job and competency framework with TA and Rewards.
• Lead Workday Talent module remaster and Learning deployment.
• Redesign learning offerings and priority programmes.
• Manage a team of 2–3 FTE; plan headcount as programmes land.
• Co-own the Talent hub roadmap with Head of Talent Acquisition.
