Welcome to the Jungle is seeking a Talent Development Manager to shape talent growth, performance and manager enablement across our global organisation. Based in Paris, you will partner with leadership to translate priorities into practical people practices and develop scalable programs.

You will balance strategic design with hands-on delivery, manage cross-functional collaboration across People teams, and drive data-informed improvements while embracing AI to enhance learning and performance

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, performance management or manager enablement, in an international organisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead Global Talent Programme with talent reviews, development plans and follow-up with People Partners and managers.
• Own our performance management approach, from design to annual planning and manager support.
• Support succession planning for critical roles and build internal talent pipelines.
• Strengthen career development and internal mobility across the organisation.
• Make sure talent and performance processes are consistent, useful and inclusive.
• Define annual learning priorities based on business needs and capability gaps.
• Lead the global Managers Community with its purpose, rhythm and development priorities.
• Design and deliver manager development programmes on feedback, performance conversations and coaching.
• Create and continuously improve resources like playbooks and templates.
• Partner with People Ops and external providers to deliver learning experiences.
• Identify AI capabilities and turn needs into learning priorities with AI & Automation team.
