Mistral.ai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to define and execute our hiring strategy while leading a high-performing recruiting team. This role blends hands-on recruitment for critical roles with strategic leadership to ensure efficient hiring aligned with our mission.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to attract diverse, skilled talent, mentor recruiters, optimize tools and workflows, and champion our employer brand in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate recruiting in competitive markets.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire recruiting teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with international recruiting experience.

• Collaborate with tech and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent for key roles.
• Elevate the candidate experience with engaging, transparent processes reflecting Mistral’s culture.
• Guide candidates through the journey, introducing them to our mission, values, and work environment.
• Develop and share recruiting best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the team.
• Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive hiring improvements.
• Mentor and coach recruiters to excel in their roles.
• Innovate by improving tools, workflows, and strategies.
• Champion Mistral’s employer brand to attract top talent.
