Mistral, a leader in full-stack AI solutions, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers across GTM, Corporate, Engineering/Product, and Science to attract and hire exceptional talent. You will guide candidates through processes, act as an ambassador, and build scalable recruitment systems as an early team member, with regular visits to Paris and work across locations.

You will analyze data to improve processes and help shape how recruitment is done as the function

Qualifications

• Four+ years of recruiting experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for Enterprise GTM, Product Engineering, Infrastructure, or Science.
• Ability to run searches independently in competitive markets.
• Data-driven approach to identify trends and improve processes.
• Experience with international recruitment and English communication.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build sourcing strategies.
• Attract and engage candidates across diverse functions and locations.
• Oversee end-to-end candidate journeys with clear communication at every stage.
• Identify and fulfill complex roles in multi-location settings.
• Analyze data to spot trends and inefficiencies in talent processes.
• Propose enhancements to processes, documentation, and tools.
• Collaborate to raise standards in candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.
• Play a central role in evolving the talent acquisition function.
