Mistral is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to define and execute hiring strategy and to lead a high-performing recruitment team. You will work with cross-functional leaders to build a diverse, skilled workforce that supports growth and strengthens Mistral’s reputation as a top employer.

You’ll manage hands-on recruiting for critical roles, optimize processes with data, and coach recruiters to deliver top talent in a fast-moving, global environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate recruiting or equivalent
• Leadership experience in growing recruiting teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Operationally strong with project management discipline
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Adaptable to fast-moving environments
• Global perspective with international recruiting experience
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Ashby/Modernloop/LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with tech and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent for key roles.
• Elevate the candidate experience to reflect Mistral’s culture and values.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment journey and introduce them to the mission and environment.
• Develop and share recruiting best practices for consistency, scalability and efficiency.
• Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in processes.
• Mentor and coach recruiters to grow and excel.
• Recommend and implement improvements to tools, workflows, and strategies.
• Champion Mistral’s employer brand externally to attract and retain top talent.
