Mistral AI is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive growth by partnering with hiring managers across Product, Engineering and Science. You will attract, engage, and secure top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, while shaping recruitment strategies as an early member of the team.

You will own the candidate journey, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage data to optimize processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably tech or high-growth.
Strong experience hiring technical or scientific roles.
Ability to work independently in competitive markets.
Fluent English communication; international hiring experience.
Data-driven with metrics to optimize recruiting processes.
Experience with ATS (Ashby) and LinkedIn search.

Responsabilités

Drive talent attraction across Product, Engineering and Science functions.
Own the candidate journey and deliver a best-in-class experience.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
Address complex hiring challenges across multiple locations.
Leverage data to identify trends and improve processes.
Propose and implement workflow enhancements and tooling.
Elevate recruitment standards through cross-functional collaboration.
Build scalable systems to support rapid growth.
Represent the company culture both internally and externally.
