Job summary

Greenly is hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to build and run a global partner portfolio that generates monthly recurring pipeline. You’ll own the end-to-end process from identification to onboarding and performance management, focusing on IPP-fit consulting firms and strategic partners to scale Greenly’s platform.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align partner roadmaps, enable partner success, and drive revenue across geographies from Paris.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in partnership management or enterprise sales
Experience in B2B SaaS or complex solutions
Proven revenue generation through channel partnerships
Ability to build trust with consulting firms and partners
Autonomous and able to manage multiple time horizons
Fluent French & English required

Responsibilities

Map landscape of strategic ESG consulting firms globally
Actively recruit partners via outbound/inbound
Build balanced portfolio: IPP-fit firms, strategic partners, exploratory partnerships
Run discovery conversations to assess fit and potential
Articulate Greenly value to partners and clients
Onboard and activate new partners with structured training and contracts
Own monthly pipeline targets and partner performance reviews
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to support partner growth
Build accountability for revenue outcomes with partners
Work with Greenly AEs to maximize partner-driven success
