Job summary

ePackPro is seeking an international SDR leader to define the strategy, operating model and overall performance of a 25-person Sales Development organization across France, Spain and Italy. You will lead through managers and Team Leads, aligning top-of-funnel pipeline generation with revenue ambitions and scaling the SMB engine with an Enterprise SDR model.

You will build scalable playbooks, territory models and an Enterprise SDR Academy, while partnering with Enterprise Sales to improve

Qualifications

• Hands-on international SDR leader with strategic design and execution focus.
• Proven track record scaling sizeable SDR teams and developing managers.
• Experience managing SMB and Enterprise motions with multi-country exposure.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Data and exec leadership.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scale the SMB SDR organization by building a best-in-class team and leadership structure.
• Build and operationalize the Enterprise SDR model with strategic vision and performance framework.
• Lead organizational excellence: define KPIs, pipeline velocity, forecasting and executive reporting.
• Align Sales Development with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Data on lead generation strategy and tools.
