Job summary

Duvo is seeking the first SDR in EMEA to own the motion: build lists, messaging, tooling and cadence, with a Senior AE in each major market and the SVP of Go to Market guiding priorities.

You will run outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn and AI-enabled research to identify Heads of Supply Chain, Finance Directors and Commercial Ops leads, avoiding generic outreach. You will hand over qualified meetings with a hypothesis to empower AEs and shape the market from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role selling B2B software with full quota attainment.
• Fluent English is essential; European language skills are a plus.
• Experience with AI tech or AI-enabled tools used in sales.
• You build your own list, messaging and cadence; you are a hunter, not waiting on marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline into enterprise retail and consumer goods across EMEA.
• Identify the right stakeholders (Heads of Supply Chain, Finance Directors, Commercial Ops leads).
• Do deep research to find the specific process that costs them money.
• Run outbound via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Use AI properly for research, list-building, personalization and qualification.
• Hand over qualified meetings with a hypothesis for the AE.
• Provide feedback on what works and what doesn’t to shape the market approach.
