Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs
• Certifications in sales methodologies valued (e.g., Miller Heiman, SPIN)
• Strong proficiency with learning management systems and content tools
• Ability to translate complex content into engaging training materials

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for commercial teams
• Collaborate with marketing, product management and sales leadership to create curriculum
• Measuring and analyzing training effectiveness across global teams
• Deliver training in multiple formats: e-learning, virtual ILT and in-person
