Job summary

Rippling seeks a Global Payroll Operations Specialist for France to lead complex end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring compliance and scalable operations in a high-growth setting. You will manage strategic, high-complexity client accounts and bring expertise on DSN-related matters.

You will collaborate with EOR HR, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Leadership to strengthen payroll processes and deliver a top-tier managed payroll service.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in French payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll regulations (DSN, social contributions, tax filings).
• Experience managing complex escalations and sensitive payroll disputes.
• Client-facing payroll experience (payroll provider, accounting firm, or SaaS).
• Ability to manage high volumes of payroll issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end payroll operations for complex French accounts (DSN, filings, social contributions, and tax payments).
• Supervising compliance and DSN/tax escalations with accuracy.
• Interacting with French authorities to resolve disputes and sensitive payroll issues.
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Leadership to optimize payroll systems and drive automation.
• Supporting rollout of a managed payroll offering and process standardization.
