Equativ is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the People team in Nantes. You will prepare and coordinate payroll processes for our 700 employees across 13 countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance under the Payroll Manager's supervision.

You will gather inputs, verify data, and collaborate with payroll providers to deliver timely payroll across multiple countries. Fluent English is required, and familiarity with French or German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources and Payroll.
• Significant experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-country environment.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations in at least one of the covered countries.
• Proficient with Excel and experience with different payroll systems.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and coordinate payroll processes.
• Gather, verify and consolidate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, bonuses, salary adjustments).
• Collaborate with payroll providers to submit data across multiple countries.
• Perform preliminary payroll checks before final validation.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies; escalate complex cases.
