Equativ in Paris is seeking a Payroll Specialist to prepare and coordinate payroll for 700 employees across 13 countries, under the supervision of the Payroll Manager Amélie. You will ensure accurate data and compliance with local laws while supporting employees with payroll inquiries.

The role requires a degree in HR and Payroll, substantial multi-country payroll experience, fluency in English, and strong Excel plus payroll systems skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources and Payroll is required.
• Significant experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-country environment.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations in at least one country covered by the role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and experience with different payroll systems.
• Fluent in English; another language (French, German or other) is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Able to work independently with alignment to the Payroll Manager for final validation.

Responsabilités

• Payroll data preparation: gather, verify and consolidate payroll inputs.
• Collaborate with payroll providers and process payroll across multiple countries.
• Carry out preliminary payroll checks before final submission to Payroll Manager.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies; escalate complex cases.
• Act as first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees.
• Support process improvements and automation projects to increase efficiency.
