Ankorstore is seeking a People Operations Partner to own payroll and HR administration, ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence. You will manage France payroll via Payfit and international payroll, while maintaining data integrity in Personio and supporting payroll audits and benefits administration.

The role requires strong communication, multi-country data handling, and collaboration with Finance and Legal teams. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in People Operations with an HR education background.
• Proven experience with French payroll using Payfit (convention collective SYNTEC).
• Strong understanding of French labor law; international HR exposure is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex Excel files, audits, and multi-country data.
• Excellent written and spoken French; proficient English.

Responsabilités

• Payroll management for France and international payroll with providers.
• HR administration across onboarding to offboarding including contracts and visas.
• Lead transversal HR projects and automate HR processes.
• Support compensation and benefits and ensure legal compliance.
• Act as HRIS administrator (Personio) and ensure data quality.
