iiPay, a global payroll services business, is seeking a French Payroll Associate to lead and deliver accurate payroll for clients with a strong compliance focus. The role emphasizes working with multi-client payrolls, data validation, and timely reporting while coordinating with global teams.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of French payroll experience, English proficiency, and advanced Excel skills, and will contribute to improving payroll processes to support our clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-client / multi-payroll environments.
• Strong English communication and client service mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills to manipulate payroll data.
• Experience with SilaExpert payroll software is essential.
• Knowledge of French payroll regulations and statutory processes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver accurate monthly payrolls for multiple clients on time and in compliance.
• Review and validate payroll data, liaising with clients for approvals.
• Coordinate with iiPay teams globally to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of French payroll rules and statutory requirements.
• Own and resolve client escalations with proactive communication.
