Job summary

Jobgether SRL in France seeks a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead to drive training, coaching, and enablement across international programmes. You will coach trainers, cascade learning, and ensure training quality while managing adoption metrics and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires leading demonstrations, configuring software, and maintaining QA across Train-the-Trainer models. Travel up to 40% internationally and collaborate with product, data, and programme teams in a distributed

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, or facilitator.
• Demonstrable experience training teams remotely in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes, and how customer adoption works in practice.
• Demonstrable experience managing customer or partner relationships, setting expectations, and driving programmes toward stronger outcomes.
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to build lasting capability in others.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong data literacy and ability to monitor engagement and translate findings into interventions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt communication and training approaches to different literacy levels and cultural contexts.
• Familiarity with LMS or in-app learning platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country software user training using digital and non-digital assets.
• Deliver demonstrations and hands-on facilitation where needed beyond self-learning.
• Coach and develop trainers and partner representatives to enable independent training delivery.
• Quality-assure Train-the-Trainer and cascade models through observation and data feedback.
• Monitor usage and outcomes to own software adoption metrics across programs.
• Manage multiple country programmes with realistic capacity planning.
