Vates is seeking a Partner Solution Engineer to enable and support our business partners in deploying, promoting, and mastering Vates solutions. You will deliver technical onboarding, design trainings, and develop enablement materials to help partners become autonomous.

Based in France, Grenoble or Paris, you can work fully remotely or on-site with flexible arrangements. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, Sales and Channel teams to ensure customer success and continuous

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training or workshops.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and virtualization.
• Experience with IT infrastructure (networking, storage, compute).
• Proven ability to work with distributors, resellers and system integrators.
• Fluent English and open-source enthusiasm.

Responsabilités

• Deliver onboarding and enablement sessions for partners.
• Design and deliver trainings, workshops, webinars.
• Develop and maintain technical docs and enablement materials.
• Support partners during solution adoption and implementation.
• Advise partners and help them build training centers if applicable.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, Sales and Channel teams.
• Collect partner feedback for product and docs improvements.
• Promote best practices across partner ecosystem.
• Stay up to date with VATES technologies and industry trends.
• Keep strong relationships with distributors, resellers, ISVs.
