Vates SAS is seeking a Partner Solution Engineer to enable and support our business partners in deploying, promoting, and mastering Vates solutions. You will deliver onboarding, training, and best practices across Product, Engineering, Support, Sales and Channel teams to ensure customer success.

Based in Grenoble or Paris with a fully remote model, the role requires strong Linux and virtualization know-how, excellent communication in English and French (German preferred), and the ability to

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Linux and virtualization technologies
• Experience delivering technical training or workshops
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience building networks with distributors, resellers, integrators, GSIs and ISVs
• Fluent English and French; German proficiency preferred
• Autonomous, organized and collaborative with an international mindset

Responsabilités

• Deliver technical onboarding and enablement sessions for partners
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, webinars and participate in blitz days with sales and channel teams
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and enablement materials
• Support partners during solution adoption and implementation
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the partner journey
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, Sales and Channel teams to improve partner experience
• Collect partner feedback and contribute to product and documentation improvements
• Promote best practices across the partner ecosystem
• Stay up to date with VATES technologies and industry trends
