Hubcycle in Avignon, France, seeks an organized Logistics & Coordination professional to manage orders end-to-end from confirmation to invoicing. You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and partners globally to ensure on-time delivery at optimal cost, with proper documentation.

You will own the client portfolio, drive process improvements, and ensure data accuracy within Odoo. Fluency in French and English is required; a cross-functional, growth-oriented mindset is

Formación

• Master's degree in supply chain, operations or international trade (Tier 1 school or equivalent).
• 1–5 years in logistics, supply chain or project management; internships count.
• PM experience with deadlines and stakeholders.
• Customer focus drives business outcomes; proactive in service.
• Strong written and spoken communication; comfortable with cross-cultural partners.
• Rigour, organization and ability to manage multiple files.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with numbers and Excel.
• Ownership and composure under pressure.
• Fluency in French and English; third language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Treat each confirmed order as a project from pickup to invoicing.
• Ensure readiness before booking (customer approval, product availability, quality release, documents).
• Track every shipment in real time and mitigate delays.
• Ensure invoicing aligns with delivery milestones and is timely.
• Be the single operational point of contact for clients on status, documents, and incidents.
• Communicate proactively and share status, problems and solutions.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses and suppliers.
• Prepare and check shipping and customs documents; compare quotes for best option.
• Align Sales, Supply & Scheduling, Quality and Finance on orders; use Odoo up-to-date.
• Escalate early when decisions are needed.
• Track KPIs, lead improvement projects, and contribute to HACCP team.
• Reporting structure and collaboration with Logistics, Sales, Quality, Finance.
