Jobtailor in Bordeaux is seeking a logistics coordinator to oversee organization, optimization and execution of transport operations, ensuring on-time deliveries while respecting project constraints.

You will liaise with manufacturers, carriers, depots, sales teams, installers and customers, coordinate national and international transport, and manage incidents with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, transport, freight forwarding or delivery coordination.
• Experience with shipping large, heavy, fragile or technical goods is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple operations simultaneously.
• Proven knowledge of organizing national and international transport.
• Good understanding of carrier and freight forwarder operations.

Responsabilités

• Organize and optimize logistics and transport operations.
• Central point of contact between manufacturers, carriers, depots, sales teams, installers and customers.
• Ensure reliable, controlled deliveries that comply with project constraints.
• Organize international transport and deliveries within France.
• Coordinate client projects and manage carriers and service providers.
• Manage incidents and disputes and monitor logistics performance.
