Work with Island in Paris is seeking a sharp, autonomous Logistics Specialist to manage our global delivery operations starting July 2026. You will coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, international shipping, customs, last mile, and after-sales support as we expand across Europe and beyond.

This role reports to Louis, the Ops Manager, and collaborates with Mélanie and Tou‑Zeu. You will master data flows between HubSpot and NetSuite, manage multi-currency invoicing, and ensure a premium client

Qualifications

• Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics with 3–5 years hands-on experience in order management or ADV.
• Experience with international shipping, cross-border coordination and multi-currency invoicing.
• Professional fluency in English and French; additional European language a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end processing of B2B orders and convert contracts to POs.
• Coordinate shipping routes, freight forwarders, customs and domestic logistics.
• Lead after-sales service, manage tickets, returns, and spare parts.
