Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in supply chain, operations or international trade; 5+ years in logistics or project management preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or project management; internships count.
• PM skills: led projects with deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders end-to-end from confirmation to invoicing as projects.
• Be the single operational contact for clients on order status, documents and incidents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, carriers, warehouses, and suppliers internationally.
• Align Sales, Supply & Scheduling, Quality and Finance on each order; keep tools up to date (Odoo).
• Lead continuous improvement projects (routes, checklists, workflows) and report KPIs.
