Hub Cycle in Avignon seeks a Logistics & Supply Chain Project Manager to own orders from confirmation to invoicing. You will coordinate Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, carriers, and suppliers across France and internationally, ensuring shipments leave on time and with the right documents.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and lead cross-functional projects such as route optimizations and Odoo workflow enhancements, while maintaining strong client communication and data

Formación

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics, operations or international trade preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or project management (internships count).
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Take each confirmed order as a project: plan steps, owners and deadlines from pickup to delivery and invoicing.
• Be the single operational point of contact for clients on status, documents and incidents; communicate proactively.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses and suppliers.
• Ensure invoicing follows delivery milestones with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track KPIs and lead improvement projects (routes, checklists, Odoo workflows).
