Vestiaire Collective seeks a Support IT Technician based in Tourcoing to support employees across our global locations. You will handle user requests, install and maintain hardware and software, and ensure high availability of IT systems.

The role includes onboarding new staff and contributing to IT projects in a hybrid environment. We value 3+ years in IT support, strong Windows and networking knowledge, and experience with a ticketing system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and basic networking (VLAN, SSL/IPsec VPN).
• Experience using a ticketing tool for incident/request handling.
• MDM experience: Intune; Mac management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process user requests (changes, incidents) via ticketing system.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
• Provide technical support across departments and locations.
• Onboard new employees regularly.
• Monitor critical IT systems for high availability.
• Stock laptops and peripherals; manage inventory.
• Use and contribute to the knowledge base (Wiki).
• Participate in IT projects.
