Malt is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with Operations leaders across our international matrix. Reporting to one of the four global HRDs, you will deploy our HR strategy and drive organizational performance, helping scale the operations division while preserving our culture around Talents and Impact.

The role requires 6–10 years as an HRBP/People Partner, strong labor law knowledge, and capability to balance operational execution (60%) with strategic partnering (40%), in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner.
• Experience in Tech, SaaS, or international matrix organizations.
• Strong business acumen and budget management skills.
• Deep mastery of labor law, organizational design and people management.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Operations leaders to develop and implement HR policies supporting growth.
• Advise on organizational design, hirings, and people budget management.
• Act as trusted advisor and escalation point for managers on people topics.
• Deploy core HR processes (performance calibration, compensation, internal mobility, exit interviews).
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with local labor laws and coordinate with external experts as needed.
• Collaborate across matrix with Country HR and Centers of Excellence for global support.
• Analyze employee reports to guide decision-making with data-driven solutions.
