Manitou Group is seeking a Global People & Organization Partner to act as a strategic sparring partner to the Executive Vice President and the global leadership team, driving the stabilization and implementation of the new organization on a worldwide scale.

You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building, embedding HR methodologies across functions and regions to support transformation and sustainable growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall HR consistency of the Group’s new organizational model (Global Functions / Regions matrix).
• Define and facilitate collaborative operating models to enable effective cross-team work.
• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning to align HR with strategic priorities and growth.
• Embed and spread organizational design and workforce planning methodology for continuous improvement.
• Manage structural adjustment projects and upskill local HR and business partners.

Manitou Group is a growing company and a world leader in handling equipment and compact earthmoving machinery. A new strategic roadmap has been launched in recent months.

In this context of internal transformations, the Global HRBP is a strategic partner for the relevant Executive Vice President(s) and their executive committee(s) worldwide.You will lead the stabilization and implementation of the new organization on a global scale, support the creation and facilitation of new teams, and manage ongoing and upcoming changes.You will be the primary HR advisor to the Executive Vice President of the relevant scope, contributing to the overall HR strategy and the success of their new organization.

As part of this transformation, we are looking for a Global People & Organization Partner to serve as a strategic sparring partner to an Executive Vice President (EVP) and their global leadership team.

YOUR MISSIONS

You lead the overall HR consistency of the Group’s new organizational model (Global Functions / Regions matrix), and:

• Define and facilitate collaborative operating models: enable teams to work together effectively so that shifts in roles, responsibilities, and governance are experienced daily as opportunities for business growth.
• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning: anticipate and align the Group’s human resources with its medium- and long-term strategic priorities. Your daily role is to ensure the company has the right skills, in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost. You will analyze existing talent maps, job families, and demographics, and model future needs related to our strategic plan, AI, and evolving roles to build an organization tailored to our growth challenges.
• Embed and spread the Group’s organizational design and workforce planning methodology as a lever for continuous improvement. Lead structural adjustment projects and upskill local HR and business partners.
