Pluxee, a global player in Employee Benefits and Engagement, is seeking a Senior Global Digital Marketing Leader based in Paris to define digital strategy across channels and geographies.

You will lead performance marketing, analytics, and content optimization, build a high‑performing team, and drive GDPR‑aware campaigns in a B2B2C platform environment.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field.
• 12-15+ years in digital marketing with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading digital strategy and operations at scale in a B2B2C or platform business model.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy across all key digital channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, website, automation).
• Drive acquisition and engagement through performance marketing programs, paid campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Oversee the global website strategy, architecture, and UX, coordinating with product and brand.
• Coordinate with local digital marketing teams to adapt and execute global strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of digital marketers, specialists, and analysts.
