Pluxeeis seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive performance across international markets. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, aligning with marketing objectives and KPIs.

Collaboration with global teams and data-driven decision making are essential for success. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 3–5 years of paid media experience, with fluency in English and French.

3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a proven track record.

Responsabilités

Campaign Management: plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
KPI Reporting: monitor and report on performance metrics (CTR, conversions, CPA, ROI) and provide optimization insights.
Remarketing & Audience Targeting: develop remarketing strategies and advanced targeting.
Budget Management: allocate and optimize budgets to maximize ROI.
Performance Optimization: test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Collaboration: work with content, creative, analytics, and hub teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
Industry Trends: stay updated on trends and algorithm changes to drive innovation.
