Pluxee is seeking a Global Head of Performance Marketing to design and execute our global digital marketing strategy across geographies and channels, leading a hub-and-spoke model to boost brand visibility, engagement, and demand generation. You will lead the global digital marketing team, collaborate with product, sales, brand and IT, ensure consistent execution, and drive data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Technology.
• 12–15+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years in global leadership.
• Experience with digital acquisition, lead generation, and MarTech governance.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy across all key channels.
• Drive acquisition, engagement, and KPI dashboards across countries.
• Oversee website strategy, landing pages, and content hubs for conversion.
• Coordinate with local teams in a hub-and-spoke model and share best practices.
• Lead and develop a global team of digital marketers and analysts.
