Pluxee, a global leader in Employee Benefits and Engagement, seeks a visionary Product Marketing Manager - Global Offers based in Paris. This hybrid role drives the design, deployment, and performance management of a scalable offers catalog across 28 countries, collaborating with product, marketing, sales and country teams.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in product strategy and offer development in international contexts, with strong B2B2C and multi-persona value creation expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product strategy and offer development in an international context.
• Strong understanding of B2B2C ecosystems and multi-persona value creation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and structure the global offer catalog, grouping services into coherent, scalable offers aligned with strategic priorities.
• Define value propositions, delivery models, and pricing frameworks for each offer.
• Lead offer development and deployment in collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and country teams.
• Own performance management of offers, including commercial traction, product usage, and financial ROI.
• Drive convergence and standardization across countries while allowing for local adaptation.
• Collaborate with M&A and Partnerships teams to enrich offers through acquisitions and strategic alliances.
• Animate the Demand & Performance processes to ensure offers evolve based on market needs and business impact.
