Pluxee is seeking a senior digital marketing leader to define and execute the global strategy across channels and markets. You will steer performance marketing, marketing automation, and website optimization while aligning with product and brand roadmaps.

You will lead a global team, drive data-driven decisions, ensure compliance with privacy standards, and collaborate with local teams to adapt programs for multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field.
• 12-15+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years in a global/leadership role.
• Experience with digital acquisition, lead generation, and MarTech governance across geographies.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese) advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy across all key digital channels.
• Drive acquisition and engagement through performance marketing programs and marketing automation.
• Oversee the global website strategy, architecture, and UX for conversion optimization and SEO.
• Coordinate global strategies with local teams in a hub-and-spoke model; provide toolkits and best practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of digital marketers and analysts.
