Pluxee seeks a Global Head of Performance Marketing to design and execute a worldwide digital strategy across channels. You will lead the global digital marketing team, drive acquisition, engagement, and performance optimization, and align with local markets for scalable impact.

We require 12–15+ years in digital marketing with global leadership, strong MarTech chops (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, CMS), and proven success in a B2B2C or platform model.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field.
• 12–15+ years in digital marketing with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading digital strategy and operations at scale in a B2B2C or platform business model.
• Experience with digital acquisition, lead generation, and MarTech governance across multiple geographies.
• Fluency in English; additional languages like French, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy across all key channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, website, automation).
• Drive acquisition and engagement through performance marketing programs, paid campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Oversee website strategy, landing pages, and content hubs optimized for conversion and SEO.
• Coordinate with local teams to adapt and execute global strategies in a hub-and-spoke model.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of digital marketers and analysts.
