Job summary

HRsource is seeking a senior leader to oversee its people technology, HR systems and workforce analytics across international markets. The role blends strategy and execution, aligning technology with processes, data and people to deliver measurable improvements.

The successful candidate will direct HR technology, data quality, reporting, integrations and major programmes, while simplifying workflows and enhancing the employee and manager experience globally.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive experience across HR systems, HR technology, HR operations or related transformation functions.
• Significant experience leading international teams and cross-functional programmes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise HR systems and their application across different business functions.
• Track record delivering HR systems implementations, integrations, upgrades or major improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the direction, performance and development of the HR technology environment.
• Oversee enterprise HR systems, data quality, reporting capabilities and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve employee/manager experience.
• Manage an international team, external partners and project resources.
• Ensure data protection, system controls and regulatory compliance.
