Job summary

Global technology and energy management organisation is seeking a senior leader to drive its HR workforce strategy and transformation in the era of Generative AI. The role requires shaping the workforce for a large, global software product engineering organisation and aligning HR, technology, and business leadership to prepare people for an AI-enabled future.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in workforce strategy, future of work, talent transformation, organisation design or HR transformation.
• A track record translating business strategy into workforce scenarios, skills strategies, capability plans and organisational recommendations.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes in large, international organisations.
• Strong understanding of how emerging technologies and AI can reshape jobs, skills, team structures and operating models.
• Experience partnering with senior HR stakeholders, executive leadership and business or technology leaders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop workforce insights, build business cases and measure transformation outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and executive communication skills.
• Experience in software engineering or technology organisations, Generative AI, Agentic AI or digital transformation would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR workforce transformation agenda for a global software product engineering organisation.
• Shape workforce strategy and capability plans in the age of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Redesign roles and capabilities to anticipate workforce evolution and enable sustainable transformation.
• Translate AI-driven change into actionable organisational programmes across functions.
• Partner with senior HR, CTOs, engineering leadership and Finance to define future workforce needs.
