Job summary

Ascom in Paris is seeking an experienced HR Systems Expert to join our Global HR team. You will oversee day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our HR systems, ensuring data quality and operational excellence across the HR technology landscape.

In this role you will collaborate with HR and IT colleagues, external vendors, and stakeholders to modernise processes, deliver insightful dashboards, and support global HR projects. A proactive, cross‑functional mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience working with HR systems and HR technology solutions.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical skills with reporting and dashboard capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage global and local HR systems, including HRIS, talent management, and payroll platforms.
• Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all HR systems.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decisions.
• Provide user support, training, and guidance to system users.
• Collaborate with external vendors and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
