Job summary

S&P Global in Paris is seeking a Senior Director to lead the newly formed Commercial Enablement team, uniting pricing, packaging, operations, and business management under one governance model. You will set the multi-year roadmap, partner with leaders to translate strategy into scalable capabilities, and drive measurable outcomes across global regions.

This role requires 10+ years in commercial enablement or revenue operations, executive presence, and deep expertise in pricing, CRM governance,

Qualifications

10+ years in commercial enablement, revenue operations, or related enterprise B2B functions.
Strong background in pricing, packaging, governance, and deal economics.
Experience leading global, matrixed teams and driving measurable outcomes.
Ability to translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps and actions.

Responsibilities

Set the vision, strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for the consolidated Commercial Enablement team.
Lead and integrate Pricing & Packaging, Commercial Operations, and related functions with clear governance.
Partner with executives to translate business strategy into coordinated plans and scalable capabilities.
Own pricing governance, discounting, and tools supporting disciplined decision-making.
Establish cadence for planning, quota setting, pipeline governance, and KPI reporting.
Design end-to-end commercial processes, CRM governance, and change management.
Build and lead a globally distributed team and drive adoption across regions.
