Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Sales Enablement & Commercial Analytics Consultant to drive commercial excellence initiatives in the French healthcare and pharmaceutical markets. The role emphasizes Power BI development, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

Experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, BI or commercial analytics.
Advanced Power BI skills.
Experience with CRM data, Salesforce, SAP and SQL.
Knowledge of the French healthcare system, prescription products and/or retail pharmacy market.
Native-level French and fluent English.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and sales performance reports.
Support customer segmentation, targeting and sales territory analysis.
Analyse commercial data and support incentive plans.
Improve data quality and reporting processes.
Translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
