Job summary

WPP Media Limited seeks a Director of Global Client Enablement to oversee WPP Open product enablement for a portfolio of global client accounts hubbed in France. You will work hands-on delivering enablement, conducting product walkthroughs, and tailoring training to client needs.

You’ll partner with account teams to expand usage, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value. You will liaise with product, engineering, and data strategy teams, align with regional enablement leaders, and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms and ability to act as a confident product advocate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple client priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into action.
• Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client enablement oversight: manage programs for large global client accounts; onboard, train on WPP Open and AI tools; drive adoption and measurable impact.
• Hands-on enablement delivery: conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and training; support change management for workflows.
• Collaboration & liaison: connect clients with product, engineering, and data strategy teams; relay feedback.
• Cross-Studio integration & ownership: coordinate with Open team on cross-studio deployments and governance.
• Represent open enablement in cross-studio workstreams to drive alignment across markets.
• Performance tracking & reporting: monitor adoption, engagement, and client satisfaction; adjust strategies.
