Job summary

Area Sales Manager Golf Irrigation – The Toro Company, you will play a key role in growing Toro’s irrigation business across France, Central & Eastern Europe and North Africa. You will work closely with distributors and market influencers to strengthen partnerships, grow market share and deliver consistent customer value in an international environment.

This role requires autonomy, relationship-building and commercial insight, with roughly 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or commercial field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in irrigation, technical sales or related industries.
• Fluency in English and French; additional regional language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share through strong distributor partnerships.
• Develop and execute regional sales and business plans in line with Toro objectives.
• Actively manage key accounts, projects and specifications within your territory.
• Support distributors with sales, product and market development initiatives.
• Represent Toro with customers, consultants, designers and end‑users.
• Gather market and competitive intelligence to support continuous improvement.
