Job summary

Hager Group is seeking an experienced Senior Leader to define and orchestrate the global contractor strategy within Project Business, based in France. You will shape specifications with owners, architects, and contractors, guiding multi-market execution and measuring impact across markets.

The role offers an international remit, cross-functional collaboration, and a path to drive growth through new customer propositions, tools, and services, reporting to the Global Sales Leader.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing (MBA advantageous).
• 10+ years of international B2B commercial leadership experience.
• Proven track record in customer strategy, key account management, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Hager’s global contractor strategy and value proposition across markets.
• Design cross-market engagement frameworks to accelerate opportunities.
• Build preferred-supplier positioning through scalable solutions and partnerships.
• Coordinate senior leaders and cross-functional teams while preserving local ownership.
• Establish governance, share best practices, and measure impact across markets.
