The role requires 10+ years in international B2B leadership, strong CRM, analytics, and a strategic, results-driven mindset. Fluency in English and French is essential; based in France with permanent employment.

• Master's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record in international B2B leadership and customer strategy.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead Hager Group’s global contractor strategy and value proposition.
• Design cross-market engagement frameworks to strengthen contractor preference.
• Build Hager’s preferred-supplier positioning with scalable solutions and partnerships.
• Coordinate senior leaders and cross-functional teams while preserving local commercial ownership.
• Establish governance and performance measures to share best practices across markets.
