Job summary

Hager Group seeks a Global Head of Growth Marketing to lead the global growth strategy across markets. Based in Obernai or Paris (France), or in Frankfurt/Main or Blieskastel (Germany), this permanent role reports to the Head of Global Marketing & Digital and drives demand generation and pipeline growth.

You will manage global teams, define KPIs and collaborate with Sales to accelerate revenue while applying a strong data-driven approach and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B growth marketing and demand generation in international environments.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline, revenue and customer growth through global marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global growth marketing strategy in line with business ambitions.
• Turn insights into priorities, investment choices and scalable programmes.
• Build an integrated demand-to-revenue engine across acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion.
• Partner with Sales, Business Segments and local markets to generate qualified demand and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Use KPIs, analytics, attribution and experimentation to optimise performance and marketing investment.
• Lead and develop global teams while embedding growth marketing capabilities and best practices.
