Job summary

Hager is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist - Project Business to lead the marketing agenda for the Project Business segment (Commercial & Industrial buildings). You will own the end-to-end customer journey, crafting a data-driven marketing strategy and execution roadmap in close collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams across global markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B Project Business marketing.
• Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, product campaigns and launches.
• Strong market orientation and ability to influence across the market.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Content, Digital/CRM, Analytics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and autonomous mindset.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a strong plus; technical interest beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth marketing strategy for the Project Business segment across the full customer journey.
• Translate business ambitions into a segmented multi-year marketing roadmap with measurable objectives.
• Drive multi-channel, data-driven marketing to optimize funnels and messaging.
• Architect globally aligned, locally scalable activation and campaign plans across markets.
• Connect product launches with compelling storytelling and tailored value propositions.
• Define campaign priorities and briefs for Content Marketing and Digital teams.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to align go-to-market priorities and ensure execution.
• Own campaign performance and budgets, measure pipeline impact and incremental revenue.
