BlaBlaCar is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to own global C&B programs, partnering with HR teams to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices across France and beyond.

This hands-on role blends rigorous analysis with day‑to‑day operational delivery, including salary-grid updates, equity program administration (AGA/BSPCE/O-shares/M-shares), and pay-transparency readiness. Fluency in English and French required; hybrid work from Paris is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in job architecture and salary range design.
• Experience with EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness or pay equity analyses.
• Experience supporting equity programs (AGA, BSPCE, RSU or equivalent).
• French C&B regulatory knowledge: AGA/BSPCE, intéressement, PEE/PERCO.
• Advanced analytical skills with large datasets; experience with Workday Advanced Compensation preferred.
• Experience in a Tech scale-up or multi-site, multi-country C&B scope.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage the Compensation & Benefits strategy across BlaBlaCar.
• Update and maintain salary grid and grading system (L1–L7) with external benchmarks.
• Review and enhance variable compensation and leave & benefits across geographies.
• Participate in budget creation and monitor its consumption.
• Lead the annual End-of-Year compensation review process globally.
• Prepare meetings, minutes, and data for the Remuneration Committee.
