EfficientIP in Paris is seeking an International Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Payroll Expert to design, manage and continuously improve global C&B and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and service quality across multiple countries.

You will partner with HR stakeholders, Finance, Legal and local HR teams to deliver a consistent employee experience and data-driven compensation decisions, while supporting annual salary reviews, bonus planning and benefits renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or International Payroll.
• Experience supporting multi-country payroll operations (in-house and/or vendor-managed).
• Strong understanding of international payroll concepts and benefits integration.
• Background in HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the design and maintenance of compensation frameworks (salary structures, pay bands, job architecture).
• Build and maintain benefits programs (health insurance, life, disability, retirement, leave-related benefits).
• Ensure compensation and benefits practices align with HR strategy, market benchmarks, and internal equity.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data and trends.
• Support payroll processing and year-end cycles with accurate data and reporting.
